Shariah and Republican bad boys

This is the dumbest thing America has witnessed. Edmond Burke had said evil exits because good people do nothing about trouble makers, in this case the good Republicans are doing nothing about bad guys among us, and I am shamelessly still a Republican. Then it is them and their constituency that need to be embarrassed about their stupidity and not the Republicans.

Sharia will never come to America, as Muslims do not see the need for a duplicate system of justice. Muslims have placed their trust in the American justice system and our laws provide ample justice. But before that I urge the Republicans to study Sharia.

Shouldn’t Republican leadership question the frivolous laws? Sharia is not what Fox portrays. Most certainly, injustice is carried out in the name of Sharia in Afghanistan, Iran, Sudan and Saudi Arabia, aren’t we guilty of hanging the innocent people, and we still have the crude death penalty in Texas. Are our laws wrong or their applications? We still have the capital punishment and so do they and both of us are wrong.

Muslims in America not for imposing Sharia

Muslims are in America to live their American dream, and NOT to dominate or impose Sharia Laws.

The Neocons* are fabricating and propagating the idea that Muslims are invading America to dominate and impose Sharia Laws without any substantiation. Cashing in on fears is Neocon modus operandi. They know how to scare the devil out of those few self proclaimed conservative Americans, and get them to open their check books, and the poor suckers pay the ransom.

Muslims have no ambitions of making Islam a dominant religion or imposing Sharia Laws in the United States. A few individual may say that for a few claps, but for every creep who runs his mouth with a Muslim label, you will find a lot more of them with other faith labels. The good news is that there are thousands of Muslims out there who will speak out against such non-sense and I am one.

Sharia in its simplest form is a "HOW-TO MANUAL" based on Quraan and the Hadith (Prophet Muhammad's sayings). It it is a human effort to understand the concept of Justice enshrined in Qur'aan for living a day to day life.

The private domain of the manual is about the relationship between an individual and the creator, whereas the public domain of the Sharia law is about the relationship between the individual and the society.

The contentious issues stem from treatment of; divorce, women's rights, inheritance, theft, adultery and apostasy. Our focus is in understanding and bringing forth various opinions and thoughts to get a grasp of the system.

The core value of Islam is Justice. The violations of justice and the rule of law are found in every faith, culture and political traditions at varying degrees. No community can cast the first stone.

Sharia industry has been built with strong fortifications to the point that many a Muslims are caused into believing that Sharia is divine. Justice is one of the core values of Islam and Sharia should be looked from that lens and not vice-versa.

It is like the defense industy, tax preparers industry or the Holocaust industry - where they make it so complicated that they are needed. It is their business protection plan.

Islam is a simple religion for one to follow and be accountable for his or her actions. We don't need an industry and Islam does not have clergy built into it.

We can retain the private Sharia and let go of the public sharia, the civil laws of the nation provide ample justice and we don't need a duplicate system. It is not divine to begin with to hang on to it.
